Owner and founder Jason Loyd is a trained Chef and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He comes with over 17 years of experience having worked across Hong Kong, China and the United States. Having added the breadth of experience by leading kitchens and running operations across his culinary career Jason decided to take the plunge to set up his own venture.
Jason believes quality ingredients, coupled with creativity, foundational cooking techniques and passion is what brings food to life.
